SAFETY

Safe Space

At Infinite Touch Tantra safety is paramount. With any healing work providing a safe space is the only way to allow clients to connect into their parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) and be held in a place where the cycle of trauma can be resolved.

For all sessions there will be time to talk, connect and set intentions prior to starting and I aim to provide a welcoming space where any anxiety can be left at the door. I use candles and scents set the mood and for massages blinds will be closed to ensure absolute privacy.

As a 'Trauma Informed' coach I am trained in holding space, active listening, co-regulation and have a thorough understanding of the vulnerability that comes from sharing experiences with a coach. I have experience myself in the healing journey so I know the importance of safety to allow healing to occur.

This is not a place of judgement and I assure you that whatever a sessions brings up in terms of physical or emotional vulnerability that I will be here for you to work through any discomfort you might feel. All sessions are absolutely confidential.

I have completed certificates in Trauma Informed Coaching and Professional Disability Awareness Training in order to support my clients through the process.

My hope is that whatever your age, gender, ability, relationship status or trauma that I am able to be part of your healing journey. If you have any questions with regards to safety please feel free to get in touch.

Boundaries and Consent

Boundaries are discussed at the start of every session, no matter which modality you are seeking. Boundaries may change daily, weekly, or throughout a session and I will be respectful of these and actively encourage you to feel into your body and voice any boundaries that arise. Consent is key to respecting boundaries and I will request affirmative consent throughout a session when moving onto a new practice or massaging intimate areas of the body. Feel empowered to check in with yourself and express when something doesn't feel right.
